Do I need cycling experience to attend these workouts?

No. RIDE is designed as an entry point into indoor cycling. Coaches guide you through everything you need to know.

Does this include choreographed moves?

No. RIDE follows clear, structured intervals guided by music and coaching. The focus is on rhythm, effort, and technique on the bike.

Does this include upper body strength work?

No. RIDE is fully focused on cycling and simulating a real ride — without weights, push-ups, or off-bike strength exercises. If you’re looking to build strength alongside cardio, complement your routine with BUILD and HYBRID workouts.

Do I need to bring my own cycling shoes?

Cycling shoes are provided in the studio, but you’re also welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
