HYBRID combines strength and cardio in one workout. BURN focuses primarily on cardio conditioning, while BUILD is strength-first. If you want both in one session — muscle work and stamina work — HYBRID is your go-to.

Yes — especially Power, and Strength Endurance. HYBRID uses resistance, tempo, and repeated sets to sculpt and define muscle while still giving you enough cardio to boost your overall fitness. However, if your main goals is to build muscle, check out our BUILD workouts.
Expect a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, sleds, rowers, bikes, ski ergs, and bodyweight work. Some formats (like HYROX) use more functional equipment, while Foundation keeps it simpler and more accessible.
