How is HYBRID different from BURN or BUILD?

HYBRID combines strength and cardio in one workout. BURN focuses primarily on cardio conditioning, while BUILD is strength-first. If you want both in one session — muscle work and stamina work — HYBRID is your go-to.

How do I know which HYBRID format to choose?

Each format has a clear focus and intensity level of cardio and strength. Choose what matches your energy, goals and experience each day.

Will HYBRID help me build muscle?

Yes — especially Power, and Strength Endurance. HYBRID uses resistance, tempo, and repeated sets to sculpt and define muscle while still giving you enough cardio to boost your overall fitness. However, if your main goals is to build muscle, check out our BUILD workouts.

What equipment is used in HYBRID workouts?

Expect a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, sleds, rowers, bikes, ski ergs, and bodyweight work. Some formats (like HYROX) use more functional equipment, while Foundation keeps it simpler and more accessible.

Is HYBRID suitable for beginners?

Yes. Every HYBRID format can be scaled with lighter weights, simpler variations, and coach guidance. If you’re new, start with HYBRID: Foundation to learn the flow and build confidence before trying the more advanced sessions.
