How should I use the numbers on the screen during my workout?

If you notice you're constantly in the 'RED' zone, even on the resting periods, feel free to take a little break or lower your load. If you're constantly in the 'BLUE' zone, even after a full round, it may be time to push harder. It's your choice, do what feels right.
