HOW TO
PREPARE

Get ready for your first ride

Bring your sports gear and arrive at least 15 minutes before the class starts.

Check in at reception and grab your cycling shoes to give you the perfect grip on the bike. Attach your chest strap with heart rate sensor and find a bike to use. Our front of house team will be on hand to help you get the perfect set up. Be sure to bring enough water, you will definitely sweat!

*(Doors close 5 minutes before the work out starts. Shoes are free of charge and disinfected after each workout)

Ready to ride?

It's very simple! Download the BEAT81 app and create a free account. In the app, you can filter for "Ride45" and secure your place in your desired class.
