Our Ride classes are a 45-minute high-intensity cardio cycle workout on the bike, designed to push you to the max. Pedal to the finest beats and push your heart rate above 81% of your maximum rate, unlocking the after burn effect and burning up to 1000 kcal per class!
Bring your sports gear and arrive at least 15 minutes before the class starts. Check in at reception and grab your cycling shoes to give you the perfect grip on the bike.
Attach your chest strap with heart rate sensor and find a bike to use. Our front of house team will be on hand to help you get the perfect set up.
Be sure to bring enough water, you will definitely sweat!
Our sensors will track your heart rate during workouts. Watch how your heart is responding to every squat, sit-up and sprint on the big screen in real-time. If you see that your heart rate drops, speed up your movements or increase the weight you’re using. Your goal is to stay above 81% of your max. heart rate for as long as possible during rounds and use the breaks to recover.
Working out above 81% of your max heart rate ignites your metabolism, you burn fat faster and build strength.
