All our HIIT workouts include a mix of 5-9 cardio and/ or strength exercises as well as a fun group challenge and a cooldown to stretch your muscles.
Our spinning workouts always include a mix of sprints and hill climbs, a final push and a cooldown.

At our indoor cycling studios and HIIT gyms we amplify your workouts using great sound systems, special lighting that matches the workout and a large variety of exercise equipment. Our goal is to create an immersive environment that allows you to give your best every time you work out.
The first BEAT81 workouts started outdoors. Our signature BEAT81 Cargo Bikes carry mats, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and more to outdoor locations near you. Enjoy the original BEAT81 workout experience while spending time outside getting your recommended dose of vitamin D. Our outdoor workouts also offer a lot more space, allowing us to be more creative with cardio exercises and exciting group challenges.
Online workouts are our most convenient workouts. Now you don’t even have to leave your home to get a great workout! Just find some space, set up your laptop and start sweating with our online coaches. Of course no one will stop you if you want to add some extra weights. If you turn on your camera our coaches will even correct your form and give you that extra push!
At the beginning of each workout the coach explains the goal of the class as well as the exercises.
During the warm up we use similar exercises and dynamic stretches to get you ready for the class.
The main workout usually consists of 5-9 different exercises that are arranged in a circuit.
Depending on the workout type you will have a larger focus on bodyweight and cardio exercises or a focus on strength exercises with medium to heavy weights.
Based on our workout timer you will usually go through the circuit several times (2-4 rounds) but will always have enough breaks between exercises and rounds to recover and get set up for the next exercise.
After the main part of the workout we always have a 2-minute challenge waiting for you. The goal of the challenge is to have fun and push to the limit once more as a group.
Lastly, we end every workout with a cooldown to slow our breathing and stretch our muscles.
