As a sport and exercise scientist, certified personal trainer and gym instructor he has the expertise and experience to fulfill his passion and help people regularly to reach their fitness goals. His main focus in our group sessions is to deliver professional and challenging classes - not forgetting the fun.

Aris Tsangarides is a multidisciplinary skill gatherer, movement practitioner and teacher from Montreal. When he’s not travelling the world teaching and sharing his findings and practice with his students, he’s hunting for skills from different disciplines such as martial arts, dance, circus and others. He is a certified FRC mobility specialist, MovNat instructor, Poliquin Strength Training & Performance Specialist, BioForce Conditioning Coach and holds a BSc in Psychology.
