STRENTGH & CARDIO V2.0 will really test your speed and power. Get ready to conquer 2 rounds of 4 stations, each combining an exercise at our high-speed cardio machines (rower, ski-erg, assault bike) and a slower strength exercise in quick succession to make you burn fat, build lean muscle and leave with a huge smile =) Each interval is 33 seconds long - enough time to push your limits! We use shareable Equipment. The equipment is disinfected after each class.

Hi, I’m KG, here to help you lift more KGs as a conditioning trainer with 15 years of experience coaching sports teams and specialising in strength training, prehab, rehab, and plyometrics. In my classes, we'll have a blast while pushing ourselves to new heights. With a focus on good form, I'll guide you through creative movements that get your heart pumping and your body grooving to the beat of great music. Place
Embedded between two restaurants you will find our studio in the basement of the red house on Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 17. Come down the stairs to train on over 400m² with state-of-the-art cardio machines! Toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed.
