Description

HIIT is our signature full body workout. You’ll burn fat, tone your body and leave feeling high on endorphins. Get ready for 4 highly effective rounds of 7 varied cardio and strength exercises designed to push you to your limits! Our workouts allow you to switch stations and complete a circuit using equipment like weights to enhance your workout.

About Your Coach, Sebastian

Sebastian has experience as athletic trainer for football and rugby teams, and also as a personal trainer of athletes in other disciplines like tennis and swimming. He's a physical education professor with specific studies in sport science and sport psychology, ready to support you in achieving your personal goals and improving your fitness condition. Join him for challenging workouts that will take out the best of you!

IMPORTANT: Workout location has been moved to another spot in the park. Now, we train close to "Sternschanze" station, directly under a traffic light. You can get here by bus, train or subway via the station "Sternschanze". Look out for the red cargo bike, coach and workout equipment.
