Our SC-23 workouts are super-effective HIIT sessions combining strength and cardio exercises in quick succession to really test and build your power. There are four stations to conquer; each station involves a high-speed cardio exercise with a powerful strength exercise. The workout sets you a real challenge to keep up with both the pace and power requirements - and each round just gets tougher, pushing you to your limits! And of course, you’ll sweat, earn GritPoints and feel great afterward! Format: 4 stations x 3 rounds
Working as a fitness coach allows me to connect the knowledge I've gained from my studies with my passion for exercise. My main goal is to help people push themselves to their limits and reach their goals, while maintaining a focus on mobility, correct technique and stretching. But that's enough of the serious stuff! You can reach the location by taking the U8/U7 or the Bus to U-BHF Hermannplatz. From there you can walk through Karstadt (Mall) , where the gym is located on the 4th floor (ONLY possible for classes after 9am). For morning classes, you need to take the side entrance at Hasenheide, walk across the parking lot till the end of the building (you will a big sign of American Fitness) and then take the elevator to 5th floor. There you see a sign again with American Fitness, just follow till you see the main entrance. The gym offers showers, toilets and changing rooms. If you want to use the lockers, please bring ID/Insurance card as deposit for a key.
