It’s the complete workout, filled with 7 different cardio and strength-focused exercises, designed to push you to burn hundreds of calories and build lean, strong muscle. Our workout takes place outdoors right next to the B-Part co-working space, which is located right next to the Tram-station Gleisdreieck. Just go to the big S-Bahn bridge and watch out for an orange bike and lots of sports equipment.
