HIIT 3 Rounds is our new signature full body workout. You’ll burn fat, tone your body and leave feeling high on endorphins. Get ready for 3 highly effective rounds of 10 varied cardio and strength exercises designed to push you to your limits! Our workouts with shareable equipment allow you to switch stations and complete a circuit using equipment like weights to enhance your workout. We use shareable Equipment. The equipment is disinfected after each class. HYGIENE RULES: As we want to continue working out safely we recommend to: - Disinfect your hands before and after the class - Use a towel
About Your Coach, Deon
Manufactured in the corridors of Heaven, born & raised in the Cradle of Humankind. Deon doesn’t remember a time before fitness. He’s always been curious of how to improve the body. How to run faster & farther. How to lift heavier and lower his body fat percentage. All in an attempt to get an edge on his competition on the track & on the field. He was overjoyed to learn he could make a career out of his curiosities and started coaching upon graduating from high school. As a coach you can rest assured that he’ll bring the ENERGY. His goal is to get the best out of you!

Located in the Alexanderplatz "S-Bahn arcs" in Dircksenstraße, you will find our studio by passing the shopping Mall Alexa, heading to the end of the street and keeping right. Toilets, showers and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. If you want to use the showers, please bring your own flip-flops for safety and hygiene reasons. Pets are not allowed.
