STRENTGH & CARDIO V2.0 will really test your speed and power. Get ready to conquer 2 rounds of 4 stations, each combining an exercise at our high-speed cardio machines (rower, ski-erg, assault bike) and a slower strength exercise in quick succession to make you burn fat, build lean muscle and leave with a huge smile =) Each interval is 33 seconds long - enough time to push your limits! We use shareable Equipment. The equipment is disinfected after each class.
About Your Coach, George
George is on fire! His infectious upbeat energy will motivate you to push your limits! Having always had a passion for sports and fitness, George now makes his debut in the world of coaching with Beat81. Mad about running, funky music and soul food. Jump on down to one of George’s classes for a workout you won’t soon forget. Prepare to sweat. Prepare to dig deep. Prepare to feel amazing!!!
Place
Right next to the U Rosenthaler Platz entrance on Brunnenstraße, you will find our studio in the second backyard of the building saying "Dieses Haus stand früher in einem anderen Land". Come down the stairs to train in our cozy, but legendary Mitte studio! Changing rooms, showers and toilets are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed. The showers are mixed and not separated in the individual changing rooms. If you want to use the showers, please bring your own flip-flops for safety and hygiene reasons.
