Daisy

Daisy has been strength training and practicing functional fitness for over 10 years, and she loves to share all she has learned with others. Her creative side really comes out when she’s planning her workouts, making them as fun and effective as possible. In her opinion, working out should be fun, make us feel great, and make us proud of what our bodies are capable of, whatever your fitness level is. So whether you’re new to working out or you know your way around the gym like the back of your hand, she hopes to see you soon at one of her workouts. She’ll give it her all to make sure you leave feeling stronger than before, and with a smile on your face.
