In search of the most fun and balanced mixture of sports, I have been including a variety of disciplines such as running, pilates, hiking and strength training into my workout programs. Intervall Training has given me the opportunity to combine the best of it - that's why I still enjoy it so much! During the sessions we can improve our cardiovascular fitness as well as our strength together. I promise we will all benefit from it - no matter if you have certain fitness goals or just want to run faster to catch the bus next time!
