Description

Our Introduction to HIIT class is perfect for anyone who is new to High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) or hasn't done much cardio or functional training in the past. In combination with a modified version of our popular HIIT 7/4 workout, we’ll spend time practicing techniques for key exercises such squats and pushups. Each week will focus on a different movement pattern, helping you to quickly master a range of common workout exercises. Starting a new fitness routine doesn’t have to be stressful. Our coaches will walk you through each step to guarantee you move efficiently, build confidence and have fun working out. Week 1 - Squats Week 2 - Deadlifts Week 3 - Overhead Press Week 4 - Kettlebell Swings Format: New exercise introduction and technique work followed by: 7 stations x 3 rounds

About Your Coach, Julia-Sarah

Julia holds licenses as a fitness and functional trainer and nutrition coach. With a background in functional training, running and yoga she provides varied and challenging fun workouts which will make you stronger physically and mentally. With an eye on correct techniques she ensures that you get the most out of your workout. Having 10 years experience as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer she knows to motivate and to push you to your limits - and beyond. Believing that you should do what you love, Julia makes workouts become a Want-to-Do instead of a Have-To-Do.

Arnimplatz is located in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood. You can get here by S-Bahn and U-Bahn via the station Schönhauser Allee. As seen in the photo below, once you exit the station Schönhauser Allee, follow the street Schönhauser Allee, then turn left to Schivelbeiner Strasse. The park entrance will be on your right. Follow the path to the center of the park. Our workout station and cargo bike will be on the right. You can't miss us!
