I am a certified trainer and sports psychologist based in Berlin. My mission is to empower my clients to take charge of their own fitness journey and encourage lifelong exploration of the human body and mind. My primary focus lies in advising and solving individual problems in training and lifestyle, specifically by eliminating deficits and promoting the participants' individual strengths to help them become healthier and more capable versions of themselves.
UPDATE: We moved the workout location to a new spot at the northern end of Mauerpark. We now train to the other side of the Max-Schmeling-Halle, near the Regenbogenspielplatz. Please note: This location has limited equipment, and parts of the exercises may be bodyweight or with resistance bands. Please note that we have to keep the music volume down to not disturb neighbors.
