Our SC-23 workouts are super-effective HIIT sessions combining strength and cardio exercises in quick succession to really test and build your power. There are four stations to conquer; each station involves a high-speed cardio exercise with a powerful strength exercise. The workout sets you a real challenge to keep up with both the pace and power requirements - and each round just gets tougher, pushing you to your limits! And of course, you’ll sweat, earn GritPoints and feel great afterward! Format: 4 stations x 3 rounds
Angus has been working as a personal trainer/fitness instructor in Australia for the past 4 years. He also holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Canberra. Having both these experiences in very different learning environments, he posesses the tools to work with clients at all stages of their fitness journey, whether they are just starting or are a seasoned athlete.
Viktoriapark is located in Berlin’s Kreuzberg district. You can get here by taking Bus 140 from S Ostbahnhof or S+U Tempelhof. The nearest U-Bahn station is Platz der Luftbrücke (U6). Best is to use the Katzbachstraße entrance at the Monumentenstraße bus stop. Walk about 30 meters into the park and you will see our cargo bike and workout station on the left in a small meadow.
