Our TripleBurn workouts are super-effective HIIT sessions with a special focus. In combination with our signature cardio and abs exercises, our TripleBurn Upper Body workout allows you to target your arms, shoulders and chest for extra attention! In one killer 45-minute session, we cover three exercise zones each packed with three cardio and body-specific exercises: Zone 1 - Cardio: 3 consecutive exercises designed to get your heart pumping Zone 2 - UpperBody: 3 consecutive exercises to build strength in your arms, shoulders, and chest. Zone 3 - Abs: 3 consecutive exercises to really crunch your core and strengthen your abs The three TripleBurn zones make a total of 9 exercises per round. And how many rounds do we do? Three of course! This workout is designed to help you burn calories, get toned and build strength. And of course, you’ll sweat, earn GritPoints and feel great afterward! Format: 9 stations x 3 rounds

About Your Coach, Christian

Christian is a professionally educated sports teacher, who loves introducing people to the awesome benefits of sports and fitness, so they become happier and healthier. His background is in football and basketball, which he still plays today. Christian pushes people to achieve goals they‘ve set, and discover new goals as they make fitness part of their daily lives.

Nordbahnhof (Beach)

You will find our outdoor spot in the private area of Beach Mitte. Just enter via the main entrance located in the little alley connecting Caroline-Michaelis-Straße and the Nordbahnhof Park (behind the MYJUMP trampoline hall). Once inside, just pass by the long wooden building, then turn left and you will find us on COURT24. The workout takes place on artificial grass and sand. Separate locker rooms, showers, toilets and a bar are available. In case of rain, we work out in a covered area at Mount Mitte. Your coach will send you more information via the chat. Please keep in mind to bring a towel and a bottle of water to your workout.
