Ja’Marcius Ford “Jay” has dedicated most of his life to Health & Fitness. He started weight training at the age of 14 and participated in at sports at both high school and university level. He has trained as a gymnastics instructor as well as a certified HIIT group fitness trainer for various companies. Jay brings great energy, passion, and trust to all his workouts, don’t miss out!
Embedded between two restaurants you will find our studio in the basement of the red house on Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 17. Come down the stairs to train on over 400m² and have an amazing workout. The showers will be installed soon, but the toilets and changing rooms are already available. Please bring a towel, sports shoes and a bottle of water. Let's SWEAT SMARTER TOGETHER!
