Our workouts allow you to switch stations and complete a circuit using equipment like weights to enhance your workout.

IMPORTANT!!! The gate to the parking lot is opened from 20 min before the workout starts until 5m after the workout starts. We have to close the gate afterwards and there is currently no bell to ring the door. So please make sure to be on time!!! When you arrive, just enter the gate and walk 20m up. You will already see our coach and hear the music :)
