Do your legs and butt a favor with our Super Low Stack workout. Get ready for 3 rounds of 8 stations. Each station involves two superset exercises. Both a challenging 25sec each, the first focuses on the lower body and the second on full body cardio or strength. If you live on the top floor without an elevator, good luck after this one. Although the endorphin rush will definitely make it feel worth your while.
