Beat 81 Strength the ideal workout to build strength and get a well defined physique. A set of strong weight exercises will help you to tone each muscle and push you to the limit. Our coaches will guide you on the correct form to ensure you are getting the maximum burn from the workout. The perfect complement to any kind of training. There are four stations to conquer; each of them involving 2 exercises that target opposing muscle groups. There are only 2 rounds to master but if you choose your weights right they will challenge you to the max. Our Shareable Workouts allow you to work the circuit, change stations and use training equipment like dumbbells to enhance your workout. Equipment is cleaned after each class and all other hygiene rules apply. HYGIENE UPDATES: Following our extensive hygiene protocol, there are no partner exercises and we kindly ask you to disinfect your hands before and after the workout. All material is provided. Our coaches are happy to help you and can give you more information before the class. Our rules for each workout: - A minimum distance of 1.5m between each person - No physical contact at all - A towel is mandatory - Extensive coach hygiene protocol Please note: You might get less GritPoints than usual during this workout but you’ll earn extra strength in turn. Format: 4 stations x 2 rounds

Eileen’s background is in team sports and urban dance, so staying fit has always been an active part of her life. As a personal trainer, fitness coach and plant-based nutrition student her passion & focus is to help people become stronger, fitter, healthier versions of themselves. She will encourage you to embrace the pain, and achieve real, long-lasting joy from working out.

Embedded between two restaurants you will find our studio in the basement of the red house on Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 17. Come down the stairs to train on over 400m² and have an amazing workout. Toilets and changing rooms are available and ready to use. Please bring a towel, sports shoes and a bottle of water. Let's SWEAT SMARTER TOGETHER!
