Description

Do your legs and butt a favor with our BUTT & LEGS workout. Get ready for 3 rounds of 8 stations. Each station involves two superset exercises. Both a challenging 25sec each, the first focuses on the lower body and the second on full body cardio or strength. If you live on the top floor without an elevator, good luck after this one. Although the endorphin rush will definitely make it feel worth your while.

Ja‚ÄôMarcius Ford ‚ÄúJay‚ÄĚ has dedicated most of his life to Health & Fitness. He started weight training at the age of 14 and participated in at sports at both high school and university level.
