Our SC-23 workouts are super-effective HIIT sessions combining strength and cardio exercises in quick succession to really test and build your power. There are four stations to conquer; each station involves a high-speed cardio exercise with a powerful strength exercise. The workout sets you a real challenge to keep up with both the pace and power requirements - and each round just gets tougher, pushing you to your limits! And of course, you’ll sweat, earn GritPoints and feel great afterward! Format: 4 stations x 3 rounds
Ja’Marcius Ford “Jay” has dedicated most of his life to Health & Fitness. He started weight training at the age of 14 and participated in at sports at both high school and university level. He has trained as a gymnastics instructor as well as a certified HIIT group fitness trainer for various companies. Jay brings great energy, passion, and trust to all his workouts, don’t miss out!
IMPORTANT: We have moved the bike to Plansche, just after the restaurant (June 2019). Weinbergspark is located in the Mitte neighborhood of Berlin. You can get here via bus or tram (Brunnenstraße/Invalidenstraße stop) and U-Bahn Rosenthaler Platz is a 5-minute walk. To find us, use the park entrance where Fehrbelliner Str. and Veteranen Str. intersect. Follow the path until you enter the children's playground. Our cargo bike and workout station is on the right side of the playground in a sanded area. After you are done with your workout, you can go and take a shower in our indoor location which is located on Brunnenstraße 10.
