Description

When it comes to working out, SC-23 will really test your power. Combining strength and cardio exercises in quick succession, you’ll burn fat, build lean muscle and leave with a smile. There are four stations to conquer; each involving high-speed cardio and slower strength exercises. The challenge is to keep up with both the pace and power for each of the 23 second bursts. In this workout you train on the spot using resistance bands to enhance your workout. There is no shareable equipment or a circuit to follow. All other hygiene rules apply. HYGIENE UPDATES: Following our extensive hygiene protocol, there are no partner exercises and we kindly ask you to disinfect your hands before and after the workout. All material is provided. Our coaches are happy to help you and can give you more information before the class. Our rules for each workout: - A minimum distance of 2m between each person - No physical contact at all - A towel is mandatory - Extensive coach hygiene protocol

About Your Coach, Eileen

Eileen’s background is in team sports and urban dance, so staying fit has always been an active part of her life. As a personal trainer, fitness coach and plant-based nutrition student her passion & focus is to help people become stronger, fitter, healthier versions of themselves. She will encourage you to embrace the pain, and achieve real, long-lasting joy from working out.

THIS IS A MEETING POINT. MAKE SURE TO BE ON TIME! We meet at the BEAT81 bike in front of the entry to the SOMMERBAD NEUK√ĖLLN. We will hand out sensors there. When the training starts we will run together to the training location. As the workout is a mixture of running and exercises, please bring as little things to the workout as possible. You can store a small bag and/or things like keys and phones in our cargo-bike. Please note that we cannot take any liability for theft! Ideally you bring as little things as possible to the workout. And again: make sure to be on time as the group will leave the bike when the training starts and we cannot make any exceptions.
