B81 STRENGTH is the ideal workout to build muscle strength and define your physique. Get ready to conquer 2 rounds of 4 stations, each with 2 exercises targeting opposing muscle groups. Chose your weights right and they will help you tone your muscles while pushing you to your limits! Our coaches will guide you on the correct form to ensure you are getting the maximum burn from the workout. The equipment is disinfected after each class. Please note that you might get less GritPoints than usual during this workout, but you’ll earn extra strength in turn ;-)
As one of BEAT81’s longest standing coaches, Angus has the experience and knowledge to recognize your limits and push you there with a smile! Angus worked as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach in Australia from 2013-2019, while completing his Bachelor in Sports & Exercise Science. He then moved to Berlin to expand his knowledge and delve deeper into the world of HIIT training. Come to his classes to push your limits while having a great time! For his ride workouts, you can expect fast bouncy edits of 2000’s pop bangers, and speedy hard trance / techno music.
You can take the U8 or S3, S7, S9, S5 or Bus to Jannowitzbrücke. Then walk on Holzmarktstraße and the Dance School is on the right side. Just cross the parking lot and enter the building- The trainings room is on the first floor. Showers, changing rooms & toilets are provided.
