As a personal Trainer I work with my professional actor training to help my clients work from the inside out, meaning that I will get you to listen to you body and understand its signals above anything else. I have a very good understanding of people and will use that to motivate you in our sessions. My key areas of training are functional training, bodyweight training, stretching, Hiit and relaxation techniques.
THIS IS A MEETING POINT. MAKE SURE TO BE THERE AT LEAST 8 MIN BEFORE THE WORKOUT STARTS. The park at Comeniusplatz is located in Friedrichshain and is easily reached by S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Tram and bus via the stations Weberwiese, Frankfurter Tor and Warschauer Strasse. Your training equipment is handed out to you at the bike parking location. As this is a meeting point location please make sure to bring as little as possible to the workout. A small bag can be stored in the cargo bike but we cannot take any liability for theft!
