Beat 81 Strength the ideal workout to build strength and get a well defined physique. A set of strong weight exercises will help you to tone each muscle and push you to the limit. Our coaches will guide you on the correct form to ensure you are getting the maximum burn from the workout. The perfect complement to any kind of training. There are four stations to conquer; each of them involving 2 exercises that target opposing muscle groups. There are only 2 rounds to master but if you choose your weights right they will challenge you to the max. Please note: You might get less GritPoints than usual during this workout but you’ll earn extra strength in turn. Format: 4 stations x 2 rounds
Ja’Marcius Ford “Jay” has dedicated most of his life to Health & Fitness. He started weight training at the age of 14 and participated in at sports at both high school and university level. He has trained as a gymnastics instructor as well as a certified HIIT group fitness trainer for various companies. Jay brings great energy, passion, and trust to all his workouts, don’t miss out!
Enter the gateway and walk straight towards the hostel. On the right side, you'll see a door with our "Beat81" logo. Walk down the stairs and take the first door on the left. Please note: This is a proper rough and ready Berlin-style basement gym. There are no showers, toilets or changing rooms - but this won’t stop us breaking a sweat and beating 81 together.
