Beat 81 Strength the ideal workout to build strength and get a well defined physique. A set of strong weight exercises will help you to tone each muscle and push you to the limit. Our coaches will guide you on the correct form to ensure you are getting the maximum burn from the workout. The perfect complement to any kind of training. There are four stations to conquer; each of them involving 2 exercises that target opposing muscle groups. There are only 2 rounds to master but if you choose your weights right they will challenge you to the max. Our Shareable Workouts allow you to work the circuit, change stations and use training equipment like dumbbells to enhance your workout. Equipment is cleaned after each class and all other hygiene rules apply. HYGIENE UPDATES: Following our extensive hygiene protocol, there are no partner exercises and we kindly ask you to disinfect your hands before and after the workout. All material is provided. Our coaches are happy to help you and can give you more information before the class. Our rules for each workout: - A minimum distance of 1.5m between each person - No physical contact at all - A towel is mandatory - Extensive coach hygiene protocol Please note: You might get less GritPoints than usual during this workout but you’ll earn extra strength in turn. Clara has studied and worked as a personal fitness trainer in the United States for many years. She is Kettle Bell Certified and well rehearsed in Tabata style training. She has worked with clients of all ages and demographics- children/youth, working adults, persons 65 years and older, as well as professional athletes. This experience allows her to understand and meet the needs of each individual regardless of their age or fitness level.
Enter the gateway and walk into the second yard. Walk down the stairs straight and enter the training ground. Our Indoor Gym in Mitte offers changing rooms (one unisex, one female), 3 showers and toilets. Please bring a towel and shower gel and keep in mind that the training area is not being heated. Please also bring an extra pair of sports shoes to keep the training ground as clean as possible.
