45-minute, HIIT full body workout filled with 7 cardio and strength-focused exercises in 4 rounds will burn hundreds of calories, help you build lean, strong muscle and earn our exclusive GritPoints! If you want to use our heart rate sensors you can buy yourself your personalized workout kit at the bike or in the indoor gym for 4‚ā¨ and pay via phone. IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE: - We changed the 7/4 to a new format that has no interactions with the coach and other participants. Our coaches will explain to you the new format during the workout. Our rules for each workout: - A minimum distance of 2m between each person - No physical contact at all - A towel is mandatory - Extensive coach hygiene protocol

About Your Coach, Cameron

Cameron is a high-performance coach who has held health and fitness qualifications for over 10 years. He is a former British commando and has coaching experience ranging from high profile businessman to professional athletes. His philosophy is around strengthening the mind in conjunction with the body, and he has competed in a variety of sports including bodybuilding and Ironman triathlon. He is fully equipped with all the tools to take anybody to new levels of health and performance!

We will train directly on Weberwiese. You can arrive via U-Bahn via the station "Weberwiese". Once you see a black cargo bike, coach and workout equipment you'll know you've made it!
