HIIT is our signature full body workout. You’ll burn fat, tone your body and leave feeling high on endorphins. Get ready for 4 highly effective rounds of 7 varied cardio and strength exercises designed to push you to your limits! Our workouts allow you to switch stations and complete a circuit using equipment like weights to enhance your workout.

About Your Coach, Parker

Ever since he was young, Parker was known to have boundless amounts of energy. Thankfully now, he has channeled this energy to motivate and encourage his clients in his HIIT classes. Parker was All-American in track and field and knows what it is like to train to one’s fullest potential. With a masters in exercise science and a certified fitness trainer, Parker is able to use his knowledge and experience to help you become the best you can be! His rocking ride playlists are a groovy combination of bumping electronic and sweaty House Music thats makes you get up to dance your way into a killer cardio class.

We workout in the northern east side of Viktoriapark, between Katzenbachstraße & Kreuzbergstraße. Just look out for our coach and workout equipment, you will spot us easily! Please note: This location has limited equipment, and parts of the exercises may be bodyweight or with resistance bands.
