Our SC-23 workouts are super-effective HIIT sessions combining strength and cardio exercises in quick succession to really test and build your power. There are four stations to conquer; each station involves a high-speed cardio exercise with a powerful strength exercise. The workout sets you a real challenge to keep up with both the pace and power requirements - and each round just gets tougher, pushing you to your limits! And of course, you’ll sweat, earn GritPoints and feel great afterward! Format: 4 stations x 3 rounds

We train in the fitness room of the Spa of the Westin Grand Hotel. Enter the main entrance of the hotel and ask the reception or concierge for a lift card to the Spa. Use the card to go to the 2nd floor and then follow the "Pool Lift" signs. Then, follow the signs to the Pool/Spa. At the Spa, please show your booking confirmation with us. You can use the changing rooms but please take your bag to the training room. If the showers are free (which they usually are) you can use them but the spa guests have priority - so you might have to wait for a moment. Bonus: On top of your workout, you can get a day ticket for the spa for the price of a 2 hour ticket (22€). First workout, then recovery.
