Franziska is a group instructor for Les Mills Bodypump and Bodyattack; she does Legs/Butt/Abs and Back-classes. She is a licensed PT, cardio trainer, and being a passionate runner she participates in lots of races during the year. Franziska does and loves HIIT because it is super effective and a lot of fun.
Enter the gateway and walk straight towards the hostel. On the right side, you'll see a door with our "Beat81" logo. Walk down the stairs and take the first door on the left. Please note: This is a proper rough and ready Berlin-style basement gym. There are no showers, toilets or changing rooms - but this won’t stop us breaking a sweat and beating 81 together.
