Our SC-23 workouts are super-effective HIIT sessions combining strength and cardio exercises in quick succession to really test and build your power. There are four stations to conquer; each station involves a high-speed cardio exercise with a powerful strength exercise. The workout sets you a real challenge to keep up with both the pace and power requirements - and each round just gets tougher, pushing you to your limits! And of course, you’ll sweat, earn GritPoints and feel great afterward! Format: 4 stations x 3 rounds

Our workout takes place outdoors right next to B-Part Co-Working Am Gleisdreieck – a laboratory dedicated to the designing the urban neighbourhood of the future & coworking space, which is located right next to the Tram-station Gleisdreieck. Just go to the big S-Bahn bridge and watch out for a red/brown bike and lots of sports equipment on the area next to the co-working space. IMPORTANT: Before 8am everyone needs to enter the location from the street below "U Gleisdreieck", only later classes can enter through the front gate in the park.
