Ja’Marcius Ford “Jay” has dedicated most of his life to Health & Fitness. He started weight training at the age of 14 and participated in at sports at both high school and university level. He has trained as a gymnastics instructor as well as a certified HIIT group fitness trainer for various companies. Jay brings great energy, passion, and trust to all his workouts, don’t miss out!
We train in the fitness room of the Spa of the Westin Grand Hotel. Enter the main entrance of the hotel and go up the big stairs to the first floor. Turn to the left and enter the room with the sign that says “SALONS“. Then, follow the signs to the Pool/Spa. At the Spa, please show your booking confirmation with us. You can use the changing rooms but please take your bag to the training room. If the showers are free (which they usually are) you can use them but. However, the spa guests have priority - so you might have to wait for a moment. Bonus: On top of your workout, you can get a day ticket for the spa for the price of a 2 hour ticket (22€). First workout, then recovery.
