Our SC-23 workouts are super-effective HIIT sessions combining strength and cardio exercises in quick succession to really test and build your power. There are four stations to conquer; each station involves a high-speed cardio exercise with a powerful strength exercise. The workout sets you a real challenge to keep up with both the pace and power requirements - and each round just gets tougher, pushing you to your limits! If you want to use our heart rate sensors you can buy yourself your personalized workout kit at the bike for 4€ and pay via phone. IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE: - We changed the SC-23 to a new format that has no interactions with the coach and other participants. Our coaches will explain to you the new format during the workout. Our rules for each workout: - A minimum distance of 2m between each person - No physical contact at all - A towel is mandatory - Extensive coach hygiene protocol
Clara has studied and worked as a personal fitness trainer in the United States for many years. She is Kettle Bell Certified and well rehearsed in Tabata style training. She has worked with clients of all ages and demographics- children/youth, working adults, persons 65 years and older, as well as professional athletes. This experience allows her to understand and meet the needs of each individual regardless of their age or fitness level.
