Our SC-23 workouts are super-effective HIIT sessions combining strength and cardio exercises in quick succession to really test and build your power. There are four stations to conquer; each station involves a high-speed cardio exercise with a powerful strength exercise. The workout sets you a real challenge to keep up with both the pace and power requirements - and each round just gets tougher, pushing you to your limits! And of course, you’ll sweat, earn GritPoints and feel great afterward! Format: 4 stations x 3 rounds
Elena is an experienced HIIT and yoga coach that, obviously depending on the class, will either push you to the limit or slow you down and bring you into your comfort zone ;)
Enter the gateway and walk straight towards the hostel. On the right side, you'll see a door with our "Beat81" logo. Walk down the stairs and take the first door on the left. Please note: As our newest location, this gym is still under construction and will stay a bit dusty for a while. Also, right now there are no showers, toilets or changing rooms. But as always, this won’t stop us from breaking a sweat and beating 81 together.
