Description

These Jump Rope HIIT Workouts Will torch Fat. If you’re looking to push your calorie burning, fat-busting HIIT workouts to the next level, you should start skipping. If you haven’t picked up a rope since your elementary school days, never fear: This isn’t just a kid’s toy. The mindless, simple activity of your youth is actually one of the best ways you can take your HIIT workout to the next level. Skipping rope is one of the most effective cardio exercises around. It is focused on speed and coordination, so leave your slow schoolyard pace behind. The workout begins with a warm-up before we push your strength and endurance limits through a series of skipping rope sequences, and core exercises. We then round the class off with some stretching and relaxation techniques. See you on the ropes! HYGIENE UPDATES: Following our extensive hygiene protocol, there are no partner exercises and we kindly ask you to disinfect your hands before and after the workout. All material is provided. Our coaches are happy to help you and can give you more information before the class. Our rules for each workout: - Mandatory mask before and after the workout (indoor & outdoor) - A minimum distance of 2m between each person - No physical contact at all - A towel is mandatory - Extensive coach hygiene protocol BERLIN INDOOR ONLY: - Please be at the studio at least 5 minutes before the workout - latecomers have to train without a sensor - Please note that the 2G rule applies in all our studios, meaning you have to be vaccinated or recovered (max. 6 months) to participate in workouts - Please have your vaccination or recovery certificate ready upon arrival or upload it here: tinyurl.com/uze9p9hh

Place

Kleistpark

Heinrich von Kleist Park is located in the northern section of Berlin's Kreuzberg neighborhood next to the Kleistpark U-Bahn and bus stop. The easiest way to find our workout station is by entering the park via Grunewald Str. (as seen in the photo below). You'll see a small alley that leads into the park. Once inside, you'll pass a children's playground on your left. Our cargo bike and workout station will be in a grassy area on your right.
