This is our signature 45-minute, full body HIIT workout! It’s the complete workout, filled with 7 different cardio and strength-focused exercises, designed to push you to burn hundreds of calories and build lean, strong muscle. It’s a real high-energy session, but you’ll fly through the four tough rounds before you know it! No matter your fitness level, if you're looking for an exciting, challenging and fun group fitness experience, our original Beat HIIT workout is for you. About Your Coach, Emily

Emily has been around the world teaching fitness because she is passionate about staying fit while having fun. After experiencing first hand how much exercise can improve not only your physical health but your confidence as well, she knew she wanted to share it with others. Falling in love firstly with indoor cycling, she has now also discovered the thrill of HIIT classes. She loves the comradery and the motivation that is brought into each class that helps push you to new limits. Be ready to be encouraged, to break a sweat, and achieve goals you might not have even imagined possible.

The entrance is next to U7 stop "Bhf - Kleistpark". Go to the Rent24 Building and you will see 3 big street doors. The right door you can open by ringing 'rent24 + Sweat&Shape' name. Please wait approximately 5 seconds and the door will open automatically. When you enter, walk up the 3 steps and look left for a BEAT81 sign. Enter this door to the rent24 office and directly look right to see the elevator. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor (might require turning the key in the elevator) and you are in the gym. We offer you top of the class changing rooms, showers, toilets and safe lockers. Just bring a towel and a bottle of water with you and let's start sweating together ;)
