Our TripleBurn workouts are super-effective HIIT sessions with a special focus. In combination with our signature cardio and abs exercises, this TripleBurn workout allows you to target your legs and butt for extra attention! In one killer 45-minute session, we cover three exercise zones packed with cardio and body-specific exercises: Zone 1 - Cardio: 3 consecutive exercises designed to get your heart pumping Zone 2 - Legs and Butt: 3 consecutive exercises to work your legs and butt hard! Zone 3 - Abs: 3 consecutive exercises to really crunch your core and strengthen your abs The three TripleBurn zones make a total of 9 exercises per round. And how many rounds do we do? Three of course! This workout is designed to help you burn your calories, get toned and build strength. And of course, you’ll sweat, earn GritPoints and feel great afterwards! Format: 9 stations x 3 rounds

About Your Coach, Friederike

With a background in both gymnastics and athletics Friederike attended circus school for 9 years. She holds a trainer license with the focus fitness/adults/health and teaches at the university sports department of TU Berlin. Friederike loves and knows the benefits of bodyweight- and functional training as well as yoga and flexibilty practice: Get out of your comfort zone and commit to be fit!

▶︎▶︎▶︎ In case you cannot access the building or inner door to the studio is closed, please call upstairs: +49 152 21730683 ◀︎◀︎◀︎ The entrance is next to U7 stop "Bhf - Kleistpark". Go to the Rent24 Building and you will see 3 big street doors. The right door you can open by ringing 'rent24. Please wait approximately 5 seconds and the door will open automatically. When you enter, walk up the 3 steps and look left for a BEAT81 sign. Enter this door to the rent24 office and directly look right to see the elevator. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor (might require turning the key in the elevator) and you are in the gym. We offer you top of the class changing rooms, showers, toilets and safe lockers. Just bring a towel and a bottle of water with you and let's start sweating together ;)
