Julius was born and raised in Berlin however left his hometown to study sport medicine in South America. Since coming back to his roots he works as a personal trainer and sport therapist in order to help clients on their journey to create a state of complete physical, mental and social well being. In group workouts he combines sports science with pedagogy to assist the people to leave their comfort zone in order to experience the feeling of connection between mind and body and learning something essential about the wonderful feeling of being alive.
Volkspark Friedrichshain is located in Berlin's Friedrichshain neighborhood, and our workouts are held in the eastern section of the park at the Kniprodestraße/Pasteurstraße entrance (Kniprodestr/Danzingerstr tram stop). Looking for a landmark? We're near the TOTAL gas station seen in the photo below. Once you enter the park, follow the running path and you'll see our cargo bike and workout station straight ahead in a large, open field. See you soon!
