Vital Studio (Indoor)

How to get there

Both men and women can train at Vital Ladys which is a women studio. For men, there is a changing room and toilets but no showers. Ladies can enjoy the whole facility ;) How to arrive: The fitness studio is at Storkower Str. 140. Just follow the signs that say "Vital Ladys". The entrance to the studio is on the back of the building. Take the stairs down and elevator to the 3rd floor or simply climb the stairs. Once you enter the gym, the room where we train is on the right hand side by the big mirror. Urban Sports QR is inside the training room. If you will have any questions, ask our coach or Vital Lady's staff.
