Angus has been working as a personal trainer/fitness instructor in Australia for the past 4 years. He also holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Canberra. Having both these experiences in very different learning environments, he posesses the tools to work with clients at all stages of their fitness journey, whether they are just starting or are a seasoned athlete.

Aris Tsangarides is a multidisciplinary skill gatherer, movement practitioner and teacher from Montreal. When he’s not travelling the world teaching and sharing his findings and practice with his students, he’s hunting for skills from different disciplines such as martial arts, dance, circus and others. He is a certified FRC mobility specialist, MovNat instructor, Poliquin Strength Training & Performance Specialist, BioForce Conditioning Coach and holds a BSc in Psychology.

But sharing is caring, right? A few years ago she decided it's time to share some of the energy and became a fitness and personal trainer as well as an instructor for the Megaformer. Before moving to Berlin in 2019, she pushed the limits of sport enthusiasts in Hamburg.
