As a personal Trainer I work with my professional actor training to help my clients work from the inside out, meaning that I will get you to listen to you body and understand its signals above anything else. I have a very good understanding of people and will use that to motivate you in our sessions. My key areas of training are functional training, bodyweight training, stretching, Hiit and relaxation techniques.
