Your mission at BEAT81

As an intern in our customer lifecycle management department, you will engage, motivate and support our users on their fitness journey. From crafting emails to help people get started to sending them training results based on their heart rate and answering questions, you will accompany our users as they reach their personal fitness goals. As a growing, young company, we value your ideas, feedback and initiatives and also look forward to you helping us shape our BEAT81 customer experience.

Your tasks

  • Motivate, support, educate and keep our customers long-term by communicating with them via various channels

  • Plan, write and setup high-quality emails for our marketing automations

  • Respond to customer requests via email and Facebook; occasionally answer phone calls

  • Take our customer service to the next level by creating templates & answers for FAQs

  • Create a knowledge base to make our customer support faster and more efficient

  • Collect, analyze and report customer questions and feedback in order to improve our website and product

  • Participate in / own projects related to customer engagement and retention

Your profile

  • You are are fluent in English & German with excellent oral and written communication skills; Spanish is a plus

  • You are interested in fitness and can put yourself in our member's shoes and understand their personal journey

  • “Customer first” is more than just a tagline for you and you really want to support and help our clients achieve their goals

  • You are a team player with very good communication skills and an eye for detail
