Holding a B.A in Sport with a focus on health and prevention as-well as a personal trainer certificate, both from the German Sports University Cologne, Luke pushes your limits and gets you fit in a healthy and efficient way. With experience in group courses, HIIT training and strength and conditioning he will help you reach your goals, get stronger while having fun with it.
