Our workouts allow you to switch stations and complete a circuit using equipment like weights to enhance your workout.

Come find us at Prinz Eugen Straße, right next to the Belvedere. You can get here by tram (D) via Plößlgasse or metro (U1) Taubstummengasse. Once you see the New Wave Gym or the embassy of Kazakhstan you'll know you've made it! If you want, you can of course use the showers, toilets and changing rooms in the studio. Please bring a towel, sports shoes and a bottle of water. Let's SWEAT SMARTER!
